I saw a king perched in a tree
So I offered him a cup of tea
He said "No thanks but you're ever so sweet"
So I offered him a bite to eat
"Some curried chicken?" He said said "That's nice"
I said "If you like you can have some rice
Followed by icecream and pineapple jelly
Just the thing while watching telly"
