New Years Eve 2007

Peter and his band played on the stage in Elder Park, Adelaide, 8pm

November 2007

Peter completed a national tour of pub gigs for the generation of young adults who grew up on his music. Venues included the ANU Bar Canberra, The Metro Sydney, The Republic Bar in Hobart, The Zoo in Brisbane, Fremantle Fly By Night, The Amplifier Bar Perth, The Governor Hindmarsh Adelaide, and Northcote Social Club in Melbourne. All shows were wild with enthusiastic newspaper hat wearing, toffee apple waving big kids, whose energetic singing along with their favourite songs was at times deafening!

Also in Adelaide and Melbourne he had a show for those kids who'd grown up with his songs and brought their own kids along. In Adelaide Peter was joined on stage by a vibrant group of kids from Theatre Bugs.

July - August 2007

Peter visited the UK and played at the Kindermusik concert in York, the Three Choirs Plus Festival in Gloucester, and at 2 sell out concerts at the Edinburgh Fringe. Making plans for a return visit to Edinburgh in 2008.

April 2006

"I did 6 most enjoyable concerts with some kids from Wesley College in Melbourne. 14 of my songs were arranged by Wesley's Head of Music for band, strings and choir with the students ranging in age from 10-15.

I arrived at the school and rehearsed for 2 hours in the afternoon. We then performed 6 concerts to audiences of young children over the next 2 days. From being pretty 'scratchy' at the rehearsal on Monday, the kids got better and better and learnt so much about playing, performing and having to get it right! By concert 6 they were really rocking!

Note to Music Teachers - It was a wonderfully worthwhile experience for the kids and they learnt SO much .."
